Please note, orders for postcodes outside of our delivery zone will be refunded.

We recommend that all platter boxes are best consumed on the day but they can last, if refrigerated upon delivery, up to two days.

We deliver all platters and boxes between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Our delivery team takes the most efficient route to ensure all deliveries are made meaning we are not able to offer timed delivery slots.

If you want your box for a specific time we recommend ordering the box for delivery the day before and keeping it in your fridge overnight to be enjoyed the next day. 

If you are a business that closes at 5pm, you may request delivery by 4:00pm. Please make this clear in the purchase notes.
